Season Greetings to you my friends in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
I would like to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
Jesus is the reason for Christmas; He had to be born because of the abject depravity of mankind. It’s not about what day He was born but that He came to planet Earth on a particular day.
As you may know, Mary was pregnant with Jesus and she lived in Galilee with her spouse Joseph. The pregnancy was a very controversial one that it took the intervention of God to stop Joseph from sending her away in disgrace.
According to biblical prophecy, Jesus had to be born in Bethlehem and not Galilee. It took another intervention of God to get King Herod to get everyone to register so that the people can pay their taxes. The custom was that people had to go back to their hometown to be registered. This was how Mary and Joseph ended up in Bethlehem; little did they know that they were only fulfilling God’s grand plan and design.
It was business as usual for everyone. No one knew what God was about.
I pray that God will make all things work together for our good in this season and seasons to come. May we continue to work circumspectly, knowing the Will of our Father.
Secondly, I’d like to thank you for being a part of our Blog. We hope through the messages that we were able to make a positive impact in your lives. Many thanks for the support and gifts.
Personally it has been a great honor, a privilege knowing you, serving you, teaching and pastoring you. I could not ask for a better you. It is my intention to press further in the dissemination of the Truth of God’s Word, knowing that only the truth can set us free.
Enjoy your Christmas and look forward to the coming year and years ahead.
Keep it right here and be refreshed!
